Matthew Cordasco - CEO
Matthew is a serial entrepreneur, analytics expert, web designer and software architect, who developed the Overstat concept after working with numerous web clients and dealing with the inadequacies of existing analytics tools. Prior to Overstat he founded, built and sold ISYS, a successful web-engineering company of over 100 people. He has developed over 200 websites for companies including Amazon, Cisco, and Ross Stores (the only US retail website with a global Top 10 ranking). He holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Rhode Island. On weekends you can find him racing sailboats on San Francisco Bay.

Jim Thompson - CFO
Jim is a finance, operations and business modeling expert, who prior to Overstat has worked with or consulted for 12 start up companies, including Fuego Nation where he worked with Matthew. He holds a bachelor’s and Master's degree in finance.

Trevor Hughes - VP Product Marketing and Management
Trevor is a unique visionary within the software industry, and has built a variety of successful companies and products. Prior to Overstat he was CEO at Star Analytics, a venture-funded startup, and he was also on the original team at Arbor Software, which created the OLAP market. He holds a BS (with honors) in Computer Science & Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK. In his spare time he likes to play and record music.

Richard Deslonde - Director Database Engineering
Richard has spent the past decade performing database design, migration, warehousing and BI solutions.  Focused around Microsoft technologies his solutions have ranged from complex reporting apps to iron clad Fortune 500 systems.  His passion for Indian Food is only surpassed by his passion for Flamenco Guitar.

Dolores Joya - Director Interface Design
Dolores has spent the past decade specializing in Interface Design and Rich Internet Application development, with over 20 launched RIA's under her belt. She brings a fresh look to emerging RIA’s and a passion for pioneering new methods in Flex UI Design. In her spare time, Dolores also studies 3D animation using Autodesk Maya and Mudbox and is always exploring news ways to expand her User Interface Design work based on these technologies.
